Refund Policy

A £50 deposit is required to secure each student’s place. The deposit is non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled by us.

​

The remaining balance is payable by bank transfer before the course. Once the balance has been paid, refunds will be handled as follows:

• More than 4 weeks before the course starts: full balance refund, excluding the £50 deposit

• 2–4 weeks before the course starts: 50% balance refund, excluding the £50 deposit

• Less than 2 weeks before the course starts: no refund, except in exceptional circumstances

If the course is cancelled by us, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

If a student is unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each case individually, but refunds are not guaranteed.

退款政策

​

每位学生报名时需支付 £50 定金 以确认名额。除非课程因主办方原因取消，否则定金 不予退还。

​

剩余尾款将在课程开始前通过银行转账支付。尾款支付后，退款安排如下：

• 课程开始前4周以上取消：可退还全部尾款，不包括 £50 定金

• 课程开始前2–4周取消：可退还50%尾款，不包括 £50 定金

• 课程开始前少于2周取消：原则上不予退款，特殊情况除外

如果课程因主办方原因取消，所有已付款项，包括定金，将全额退还。

如果学生因疾病或特殊情况无法参加，请尽早联系我们。我们会根据具体情况个别考虑，但不保证退款。
